David and his wife Tracy, have been blessed with two beautiful daughters. Tracy, a former Volusia County Educator, put a pause on her public school teaching career to homeschool the girls. This move, along with David’s firefighter schedule, has allowed the family more time to travel and more time to be together, learning all the while! Camping, hiking, theme parks, fishing, boating and beach days are just a few of the many outdoor activities they enjoy with one another on the regular.

David, a native of New Smyrna Beach, has a rich background in service. Following his tenure in the United States Air Force, he transitioned to a career as a firefighter, dedicating himself to safeguarding his community.

Throughout his career, he's encountered various emergencies, from fire alarms to water leaks, often discovering homeowners absent. This helped to inspire David to reach out to a friend he knew in South Florida, who was successfully running a home watch business.

David recognized the perfect opportunity to merge his skills and passion leading him to establish First Responder Property Watch. With expertise in irrigation, pressure washing, and construction, he's well-equipped to ensure the safety and maintenance of homes under his watchful eye.
